We work with your care team, not instead of it

LongevityFitness provides exercise coaching led by a physiotherapist. We are exercise specialists. We coordinate with your doctor and other healthcare providers where appropriate, and we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions or replace medical care.

Results from exercise vary between individuals and depend on many factors, including consistency, health status and starting point. We describe what the evidence suggests and what is typical. We do not promise specific outcomes or cures.
